Required documents are as follows:
- Student certificate and Transcript(student copy) :
Applications for student certificates and transcript are submitted by online to students portal.
Only registered students who have fulfilled all of their financial obligations are eligible to apply for official documents.
Upon the student's application, documents (e.g. student certificate etc…) are prepared and presented to the student within the same day of application. - Official Transcript
Applications for transcripts, a document certifying the courses taken by the students as well as their academic standing, are submitted to the Registrar's Office in person. - Depending on the intensity of the work, official transcripts may be presented to the student either within the same day of application or one day later.
- Only students who have fulfilled all of their financial obligations towards the university are eligible to receive an official transcript.
