Please be reminded that the last day to submit application for Leave of Absence (freezing registration) is December 19, 2025.
Students can suspend their studies by obtaining 'leave of absence' and return to the University to continue their studies.
STEPS IN APPLYING FOR THE 'LEAVE OF ABSENCE':
1. A 'Leave of Absence' request must be made on Student Portal.
2. The request will be respectively approved by the Advisor, the Chair of Department or Coordinator, Dean or Director, the Registrar's Office and the Accounting Office Directorate.
3. The 'Leave of Absence' fee to be specified by the Accounting Office Directorate must be paid.
4. Following the payment, the Registrar's Office will finalize the 'leave of absence' procedures.
Rules Concerning the “Leave of Absence":
* A student may be granted 'leave of absence' for a maximum duration of 4 (four) semesters during their studies. In exceptional cases, this period can be extended by a decision of the University Executive Board.
