All Announcements📢 Financial Requirements for Participation in Fall 2024-2025 Final Exams

Dear Students,
In order to ensure that our students fulfill their financial obligations in a timely manner, our university has implemented a new policy as of the Fall Semester of the 2024–2025 Academic Year, in accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 2 of the Regulations for Teaching, Examinations, and Success.
Accordingly:
- Associate, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate students who do not pay their tuition, additional course, or installment debts by May 20, 2025, will not be included in the final exam lists and will not be allowed to take the final exams.
- Preparatory School Students and Students who are candidates for graduation in the Spring Semester of the 2024–2025 Academic Year will be included in the final exam lists and will be allowed to take the exams, regardless of their debt status.
- Students whose total debt does not exceed 500 USD or 10,000 Turkish Lira will be allowed to sit for the final exams.
- Students whose debt exceeds the amount stated in item 3 and are therefore not eligible for the final exams, will be granted the right to take make-up exams, provided that they fully settle their debts after the exam period.
- Students with dormitory debts may pay these debts by the end of the final exam period.
This policy is of great importance in fostering financial responsibility among our students. We kindly remind you to fulfill your obligations on time and wish you a successful academic term.
