To the attention of Students who left TRNC without completing Student Residence Permit procedures;

Please be informed that students enrolled in relevant programs of universities in 2023-24 Academic Year who have initiated procedures to get student permit (immigration) via Online Student Permit system operated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but left TRNC before completing the procedures or are to travel for special reasons, will be able to enter the country without being subject to any penalties until 30 June 2024.

Students who enter TRNC prior to the said date and have not completed the student permit (immigration) procedures, are required to complete these procedures via https://permissions.gov.ct.tr/login link at the latest of 30.09.2024.

In accordance with the regulation by the Ministry of Health, all health reports will be obtained from authorities in TRNC. Health reports obtained abroad will not be deemed valid.
